Lareen is an internationally accredited certified EFT Trainer and Advanced EFT Practitioner. She works with EFT International - the world's largest EFT professional and training association.
Lareen can teach you the wonderful technique of EFT which includes acupoint tapping! She can also train you to become an EFT Practitioner and provide you with ongoing Practitioner Mentoring!
EFT - or "Emotional Freedom Techniques" - is a powerful and practical somatic (body-based) tool which brings together Western and Eastern approaches to improve health, reduce stress and tension, increase emotional intelligence, balance the nervous system and vagus nerve, and release unresolved emotions.
(EFT can also be used - with more advanced training at Level 3 and beyond - for trauma release, personal growth and inner child work).
Lareen runs training online as well as in-person in Adelaide.
Mentoring is all online in groups or 1:1.

What Type of EFT Will You Learn?
Lareen teaches the EFT International (EFTi) syllabus which uses a Standard EFT Protocol designed to honour the “Gold Standard EFT” developed by EFT Founder Gary Craig. This standardisation of EFT helps ensure
that all students receive the same education in tapping skills.
This is the same evidence-based EFT as used in the academic research studies on EFT.

EFT Level 1 is a full certificate course. It's your starting point to learn and competently use basic EFT Tapping. No prior experience needed!

About EFT Level 1 courses with Lareen
WANT A COMBINED LEVEL 1-2 COURSE?
Each of the EFT courses - Level 1 and Level 2 - teaches you a significant body of new knowledge and a range of practical tapping skills and techniques. I prefer you to learn and integrate Level 1 with at least a few weeks to practice tapping on yourself (and maybe on others) before you attend Level 2, ready to learn more!
If you are keen to cover Level 1 and 2 in quick succession or want to fast-track towards the EFT Practitioner training year - for which Level 1 & 2 are prerequisites -

WAS ON "ENERGY IN EFT"
This was a topic-based class on “Energy in EFT”, as EFT is part of the field of energy therapies. Amongst the things we discussed and shared tips on were managing our own energy and exhaustion levels before and after tapping with clients, how to help people tap who have varying levels of anxiety and energy (low and high), and ways to pace sessions and the frequency of sessions to ensure we maximise being present for the client. We also did some tapping rounds to see how it feels to vary the speed of tapping, or to do the hold/massage alternatives to percussive pressure for clients with different sensitivities.
