WHY TRAIN IN EFT WITH LAREEN?

Lareen Newman is an EFT Trainer and active Advanced EFT Practitioner who has worked for 7 years regularly with a range of clients both online worldwide and in Adelaide Australia. She loves bringing EFT to the world, through training courses and private sessions. Her passion is empowering you to more emotional freedom for yourself. As well as helping you to learn to EFT to help others!

Lareen is an enthusiastic Adelaide-based EFT Trainer and Women's Coach for Stress Release & Emotional Freedom.


Lareen got into EFT 9 years ago and since establishing her EFT business in 2018 has amassed several thousand hours of experience using EFT with a wide range of clients on a wide variety of issues. She has chosen to focus her expertise and client-work in EFT, so you are assured of her wealth of EFT experience.

You will benefit from passion as a teacher and mentor of students both 1:1 and in groups, and her ability to create a nurturing environment for your training success.

Her background and prior experience as a university researcher and student supervisor also means she is highly adept at distilling the wide range of required knowledge to help you learn most easily, and she continually integrates the latest research into your EFT training.

Group Mentoring for EFTi Practitioners

(Counts towards EFTi 6hrs annual mentoring requirement)

For EFT International Practitioners and Advanced Practitioners, Lareen runs 90min group classes via Zoom.

Classes are a small group of max 6 participants. Some classes are open question - bring anything you want to ask about. Other classes are topic based. The format is advertised for each class. Lareen runs groups 6-7 times each year so you can fit in 4 x 1.5hrs classes if you wish to complete all your 6hrs annually with Lareen.

Group classes include a short group-tap led by Lareen to support the class topic or to refresh an aspect of a basic EFT technique.

A 1:1 practitioner mentoring Zoom meeting with Lareen may suit you better if you have a particular EFT, business or client challenge that requires in-depth discussion.

About EFT Practitioner Training with Lareen

(all run according to the official EFT Practitioner Certification policies of EFT International)

EFT Practitioner: After you have completed the EFT Level 1 and 2 courses, you might like to be mentored by Lareen to undertake the course of study and practice to become an Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner with EFT International. This is a 9-12 month undertaking with regular 1:1 mentoring with Lareen, you completing 50 tapping sessions with "practice clients", 4 case studies and a small number of video/audio recordings for assessment of you tapping with clients.

On successful completion, Lareen recommends you for upgrade to EFT Practitioner status. You will be accredited and listed on the EFT International Practitioner Directory so that you are internationally recognised for your qualification. If you want to set up a business, you also have the qualification to apply for liability and indemnity insurance.

EFT Advanced Practitioner: After at least 6 months from the date of your Practitioner Certification and applying your tapping skills practically, you may like to take your EFT to the next level with the Advanced training with Lareen. This starts with taking the online Level 3 group course with Lareen that covers topics such as Inner Child work, working with Metaphor, and EFT for processing Trauma. It is directly followed by you undertaking 6-12 months of assessment similar to the Practitioner process. On successful completion you are then upgraded in the EFT International Directory to Advanced Practitioner status.

Lareen is an experienced student mentor and is passionate about training people to become effective EFT Practitioners and Advanced Practitioners.

What Type of EFT Will You Learn?

About EFT Level 1 courses with Lareen

Level 1 is an experiential introduction to EFT over 14 hours of tuition. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance on completion (this course does not qualify you as an EFT Practitioner - scroll down for further information about that!).

This interactive course includes live tapping demonstrations, hands-on practice on yourself and in pairs/groups, plenty of Q&A time, and a full take-home course manual.

You'll learn and take away knowledge and skills of the tried-and-true basics of tapping. You'll be able to start effectively tapping for self-care, family and friends in a non-professional capacity to help with stress-relief, reducing minor annoyances, easing aches and pains, taking the edge off cravings and phobias, releasing unresolved emotion from recent low-intensity bothersome memories, and more!

You'll also learn the origins, background and research on EFT, how EFT works, how to measure and test your tapping to be most effective, how to troubleshoot, how to handle excessive emotional intensity, and you'll also gain an introduction to how EFT can be used to work with trauma.

Level 2 builds on your Level 1 knowledge and skills and expands to give you a more solid foundation and enhanced skillfulness to your EFT. The course runs for 14 hours. You will receive a Certificate of Attendance on completion (this course does not qualify you as an EFT Practitioner - scroll down for further information about that).

The course includes live tapping demonstrations, hands-on practice by you on yourself and in pairs/groups, plenty of Q&A time, and a detailed take-home manual.

After Level 2, you'll be even more effective helping yourself, family and friends.
