This unique combination of creative collaging and EFT tapping opens up your creativity and aligns you more with where your authentic self really wants to go.

Collaging means to “glue or stick”. It’s a visual and embodied arts technique developed by Pablo Picasso and Henri Matisse that formed the basis of a modern art movement. But you don’t need to be “arty” to come and love this!

The collaging is meditative as you search and choose with your eyes, hands and heart to assemble colours, shapes and materials onto a surface to create a new whole.

Interspersed with the collaging is guided EFT tapping to calm your logical thinking brain and reduce subconscious blocks to your creativity and following your dreams.

This day is as much about experiencing the process of feeling into and projecting your imaginary and values as it is about creating a purposeful product.

You’ll take home your beautiful work for continued inspiration, some practical EFT skills and collaging ideas for the future.
